Return Policy:
(1) Cancellation policy on the legal right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a legal right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling transaction. Below you will find a brief explanation of your right of withdrawal (a), the consequences of the withdrawal (b) and a sample withdrawal form (c).
a) Right of withdrawal:
In addition to our return policy, you also have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ravens Gastro UG, Kleinstraße 36b, 66740 Saarlouis, Germany, post@ravens-saarlouis.de) of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Please note that certain items that are sealed for hygiene reasons and that you have opened cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty or damaged.
b) Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, Ravens will reimburse you all payments it has received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Ravens), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which Ravens receives notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, Ravens uses the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. Ravens may refuse repayment until Ravens has received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to Ravens Gastro UG, Kleinstraße 36b, D-66740 Saarlouis immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify Ravens of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You must bear the costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

- Return period: You have a full 14 days to return your order as soon as you have received it.

Return policy: Please return the items unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items with signs of use or in another condition.

Return procedure: To start a return, simply contact our customer service at post@ravens-saarlouis.de. We will then help you and send you everything you need to return the item.
- Refund: As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund you the purchase price. However, we cannot refund shipping costs unless there is an error on our part or a defective product.
